Information
The panelists complete a profile questionnaire with more than 70 questions during the registration process. In total, we have more than 1 000 screening information about panelists. These data allows us to approach virtually any target group required by the client and to estimate the feasibility of the project very well.
The MNFORCE survey agency panel has 27 000 active registered members from Austria.
Quality
Client satisfaction, whether with the data quality or the overall project implementation process, is important to us. That's why we have measures in place to keep the quality of our panel at a high level:
- professional recruitment of panelists (online, CATI, F2F)
- verification procedures of the uniqueness of the identity of the panellist already during the registration process
- automatic removal of duplicate, incorrect, or unavailable email addresses
- verification of the uniqueness of the respondent's identity through telephone number, bank account number, email address, surname and residential address
- rewarding respondents through financial rewards and prize draws
- use of our own professional panel management software and email distribution software
- high distribution capacity of survey invitation emails
